And you can get one free also, or in a trial version. I hope none of this sounds too complicated for the beginning webmaster. Just remember that Rome was not built in a day, and neither will your adult website empire. Just sit back, relax, and learn at your own pace. Once you learn how to do it, you will start churning out website after website, almost with your eyes closed. Ok, start building your site. Take out a piece of paper and sketch out the website layout. You can use other web sites as a guideline, but dont copy them. You want to create your own site, with your own unique personality. TECH NOTE: Rip the code, save the time, learn from others. Make a 1 page website and then build more pages around your front/main page. Short and sweet is the key. If possible, try to get your entire site laid out so that a surfer will not have to scroll down too far. Use enticing words and language, make your copy sing. Yes, they may look good, but many people will give up and go to the next site if it takes too long for your site to load. To create your main page full of photos, you will need some image editing software. Adobe Photoshop is the top of the line, if you can afford it, but in the realm of cheap, I like SuperJPG, its great and inexpensive. Its not very hard to learn how to use them. Like everything else (including having good sex), it takes practice. The adult industry is still old school with hardcoded links, your pages will load faster with basic .htm and all your users will be able to view the page. DO NOT USE sound on your pages, and for gods sake dont make FLASH WEBSITES! As stated above you want a clean fast loading page that everyone can view in a normal browser. Spend your time on advertisement not bells and whistles. your affiliate programs listed above will take care of the hardcore sale of your users you just need to get them in the front door. For every page that a user has to click to get "IN" your website you will lose 15% to 35% of your traffic. If your page loads slow it will be even more of a loss. You want fresh content when the users come back to your main page. It is true that you can create a website, pay for advertisement and make money, True success comes from having a website that people will talk about. Add new REYKO images to your front page and put links to your TGP pages that you are making. Rotate those links and keep adding new pages/tours to your site. Today you will find many webmasters have automatic scripts that will spider your page. Its a bad practice to get into and you will get banned by the big adult sites when you get caught. Play nice put the images on your server and you will be fine. Lesson #32: Toplists. I can go on forever with toplists and how they work. I want to expand this lesson in the future but for now I will hit the high points. Toplists are good, you can make good traffic trades sending to toplists BUT be carefull you have to watch your trades daily and make sure your getting good ratios. Any Python programmers that would like to make a script that deals with toplists can contact me in MSN I have some wicked ideas to maximize traffic. WEBLOGS is an example of a basic toplist. You send traffic to them and they list you on the page. ThePorn50 is anotehr example of a toplist that you should join. You should take advantage of this site. You will notice that Toplists send QUALITY TRAFFIC and will produce sales. Lesson #33: Bookmarks. You should offer your users a chance to bookmark your site, its just good service on your part. On the other hand I am an advanced user and you dont need to tell me to bookmark a site... If I want to bookmark I will just do it and I look at this as a complete waste of time/web resource. If you need the bookmark code (Ctrl-D) view this www.top50pornsites.com/bookmark.txt text. I also own a website located at www.Evil-Bookmarks.com the idea behind this website is AUTO-BOOKMARKING and AUTO-HOMEPAGE. I would Hijack a users browser and auto-add whatever content/text I wanted. This was a GREAT money/traffic maker back in the day before Internet Explorer changed their code. The script still works and it is possible to add items to a users browser. I will have my programmer working on this project in the near future or I will look for investors to fund this project and take it to another level. Lesson #34: www.Hickory-Hills.us and the SE. Hickory Hills Trading Company is a website that I created for a client. This website was a single page business card, the site expanded into having a full blown online catalog. If you goto the website and you take note of the YELLOW MENU. This menu is located on all the pages, Concrete, Mailboxes, Animals etc etc. Each html page has different keywords, descriptions, text, alt tags, image tags & more. This site is simple HTML v2.0 and the search engines loves it! Over 450 pages are indexed in google and yahoo places this website at the top for searches of Antiques and Marion Oh. You can learn from this site by making your adult pages the same way... Cross linking works well for people to locate what they are looking for and for search engines to index the entire site. Lesson #35: www.Lotto-Pro.com and what NOT to do. Lotto-Pro.com is another website that I own. The page design is all wrong! I have tons of text on the main page that takes forever to load and a ton of information/text to describe the product. The links down the right side of the website are rarely clicked. BUT I do buy Google and Overture traffic and the site does convert. Because the site makes money I have not changed it I do however believe that if I was to rewrite the website I would make alot more sales. The affiliate programs ShareASale and Clickbank do very well for instant downloads. I offer a 66% commission on all sales. Lesson #36: Paypal & Stormpay. Paypal does not like the adult industry anymore nor gaming. I still suggest you goto this link and create an account, its free! You will need it when I send $ to you for doing side projects (Explained later). Set up your info today. Stormpay has some MAJOR FLAWS and they are just as bad about adult transactions. I use STORMPAY for www.Lotto-Pro.com transactions. Lesson #37: Your own affiliate program. Your own affiliate program can make you a slew of money. To run a profitable program you need a ton of webmasters under you to promote your product. If you have a product, contact me in MSN and I will point you in the right direction. ClickBank and Shareasale are 2 places that will generate webmasters for you at a good price. To run an affiliate program you need alot of knowledge in the field. Hire a professional like myself if you are going to do this and make sure that person has adult and non-adult programs running. Lesson #38: A professional work place PLUS. I work out of my home, I have 11 to 13 computers running at one time, I have a huge desk that I built from scratch that hits every wall so I have workspace. I mounted 3 32" TV's up on the wall, I play the stock market while I work. I watch TV all the time while I write websites... A killer stereo is next to me that if I turn it up you can hear it 150 yards away. I have the kitchen right behind me with healthy food and drinks. If your going to be a professional webmaster you need to get a good keyboard, mouse(trackball), chair and be ready for 18 hour sessions. I put ALOT of time creating my sites and advertising them. I am upto 870 domains and all were created for a reason. I take days off to go play poker on a professional level and I jusp in the hot tub often to stay fresh. When I sleep I have a notepad next to me to keep ideas on. Stay creative, keep writing pages and always be submitting! Fast Tips: Get 45 to 60 minutes of SUNLIGHT EVERYDAY, Sleep regular hours, Dont drink Soda and eat Candy at the computer. One of my strange habbits is... Cooking a 23+ pound turkey! I hav made a ton of them over the years,. Today i am adding apple juice and apples to the cooking process and making apple stuffing. I take the leftovers and make soup and sandwiches. Lesson #39: MSN, ICQ, AIM & The others. I spend a ton of time in chat helping newbie webmasters. Be carefull not to burn up all your time in chat. Same with playing a game of Duke Nukem, or Doom (Old school I know). These chat programs can burn up hours at a time. IF/WHEN you get me in chat I dont mind helping you but please remember I deal/help a ton of friends. Refresh my memory on what pages we are working on and send me the FULL URL so it saves time in opening new browsers. Lesson #40: Gallery OVERKILL. One problem that I see all the time with newbie adult webmasters is they give TOO MUCH away. A prime example of this is: 45,000+ TGP-PICTURES that I gave you above and another link is: TGP-MOVIES/PICS. Now you will see over 150,000 Movies and pictures on those 2 pages. I posted the links for places tht you can snag some images in promotion of your website. If A user was to see that FULL list they will jerk off on the outside of your sponsor program and you will never get a sale. You want to use content to get people in the door, show them a sample and then convert that user to a valid sale. If you post the whole list you are breaking one of the main rules for running an adult site... To make $$$. Lesson is DO NOT USE THE FULL LIST. Take the pictures, make TGP pages and get traffic in the front door. send your users to the sponsor/full page ads to convert. Lesson #41: Website Niche. When picking a domain name you may want to cater to one niche. For example you might want a BLACK website. I was doing a search awhile back and www.HomelessNigger.com was free. I made a cover page for the domain or a ENTRY LOGO. I might work on this site in the future if no one picks it up or I will come up with new ideas. Making a Niche site is faster than a general content website, you do not need near as much content, you can trade links with other sites that offer the same and the quality/sale ratio is much higher. When should you start making niche sites? after you have a good 10-15 domains under your belt and you 100% understand the industry. I have 870 domains right now and 80% of them are niche. Lesson #43: Placing a index.htm inside all folders. This goes with lesson #44 and 404errors. If you place a index.htm in all your directories it will help prevent users from stealing your images. If you want to hard protect your directories you can use some scripts from CGI-Script.net Lesson #44: 404errors. The magic of missing links. If you create a page and the Search Engines pick it up thats free traffic :) Now if you remove the page anyone coming to your site will get a 404 error. You can redirect ALL your lost traffic to your home page by contacting Seanic (Your Host) and they will fix everything for you. Spelling mistakes can make $$$ Read this page on how to make the Search Engine mistakes create bonus money for you. This will teach you how to mispell words to get traffic. I had all this crap on the front of my website for years till I woke up and figured out that it does nothing but take away from your valuable realistate. No one will call you and say you must have it, we have no internet police that will give you a fine. Just leave the child porn off your site and you will not have a problem. In the past I had ERIC from WEB POSSE send me an email asking for model releases and info on all my sites. I found out it was a high school kid tring to get free porn. From now on if someone wants to see all my model releases I tell them to pay a processing fee and I will make copies and mail them to a goverment address only. Some Webmaster that are in fear place text that will look like this: "The following pages contain sexually oriented adult material intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Access is prohibited to minors! You must be 18 years of age or older to access the following pages." Again you will notice that I never use this text on any of my websites. Lesson #46: Safesearch, Netnanny, Cybersitter. These fuckin guys... Amazing what newbie webmasters will do. Those CHILD SURF SAFE places are tring to get your adult site blacklisted, why on gods green earth would you want to send traffic and or promote some company that wants to get you taken off the net. Then to top it off MOST webmasters that do link to these places put the link right up front in the best spots. 100% Newbie mistake to put stuff like this on your website. Just to get my point across and if any of those safesurf people come to my site or would like to send me emails, I have 2 simple words for you "FUCK OFF" you had your day in the sun now its time to move on. Lesson #47: Evidence Eliminator.  Evidence Eliminator is a great program to use in POP-UPS on your site. Tell your users that they have a hijacked browser. This will blend with the Auto-Homepage and Auto-Bookmark script from Evil-Bookmarks.com, Part of the pop-up will include a free virus scan and upon running the scan your links are placed in the users cookies. A great promotional item. Visit the webmaster area for details. Evidence Eliminator Webmaster Login. Lesson #48: MIRC. MIRC is a chat system, you can connect to DALNET SERVERS and chat with thousands of people. When I say chat I really mean ADVERTISE! Grab quality software at www.MIRC.com Click the download link and install the software. You will see 6000 to 15000 DIFFERENT CHAT ROOMS, search for ADULT, PORN, GAY, LESBIAN, Whatever your niche is. Post your URL and move to the next room. Lesson #49: .HTM and .HTML Dos computers can save a .htm file... use .htm for all your files. More details on this later for now just trust me on this, plus it will save space in your files IE:loads faster. Lesson #50: Text Banners.
You can use the "marquee" tag to get the scroller effect. Search Google for more. Lesson #51: Taking your profits to the next level. Multiple Domains. Now you have been working with me for over a week, you think you are ready to do some advanced submissions. You are making a TGP GALLERY EVERYDAY and you have over 200,000 uniques a day coming to your server using submit software like Advanced Submitter, Your making money from you 1 domain... You start to aquire more domains. Buy another domain and do 2 submissions a day, soon you will have 10 domains that you are submitting a day. This will be 10 times the traffic and 10 times the number of sales. When you buy more domains you will have a different niche and build around the content that you have. When you have multiple domains you will be able to pass traffic to/from yourself rather than sharing with others. Lesson #52: Newsgroups. Hidden gold in posting to the newsgroups. Google likes to spider the NG's, you can post a ton of messages using bulk software like News Express and Message Blaster. If you are going to bulk submit pictures to the newsgroups be sure to use a different subject, title, message in each post or they will auto delete. Get an agent that will rotate text to get more listings. Post QUALITY PICTURES and links and some type of information that is usefull to the group. Dont post adult images to NG's that are not .BIN as they will be deleted anyway. Stick with your submissions. one post will not bring in mass traffic... You need ALOT of volume when posting. On your images put a link to your website, newsgroup pictures tend to lose the text and your pictures get lost. a your server address might look like: news.west.cox.net Contact your ISP for login info. Lesson #53: Kazaa. Be a supernode - Post your images. Same as above you need to have your website url on each image or your advertisement is worthless. Lesson #54: Better conversion ratio. Starting with a TGP submission that I made just for Top50PornSites.com is http://top50pornsites.com/tgp/bath-industry/babes675.html This page lists 3 recip links at the top, 16 thumbnail images that lead to the full .jpg a link to my sponsor http://www.babesbank.com/potd/anne/?ccbill=927342 and a link to this page www.Top50PornSites.com. When a user comes to the page they see 16 thumbs of a blonde in a shower, The user will click the images and start to get excited. Now remember that this user is coming from a TGP site and he/she has looked at hundreds of images to this point. If you pictures suck they will hit the back button and leave, if they like the images they will click the SPONSOR LINK... When they see the sponsor link its very inportant that they see some type of information that says GET MORE OF THIS GIRL HERE. Remembe rthe reason they click the sponsor is to find THAT GIRL/THAT TYPE OF GIRL. The sponsor page will convert your traffic to a sign-up and you get paid commission. The main point of this lesson is Do not post BLACK LESBIANS PICTURES and then send to a WHITE GANGBANG SPONSOR. Stick with a theme, tell the users what they will get when going to the next page and you will convert better. I have seen some great .html in the past few years and its good to visit the TGP pages listed above and see what they are doing and model after sites that you like. Lesson #55: Where not to ship or host! I am just filled with information. I should charge for info like this... Where NOT to ship and send adult products and host adult websites. I know you are new to this industry and you will want to see how much you are making... Even once a day to check all your vendors that you signed up for above will kill an hour. Try not to get hooked on stat checking its worse than drugs to stop looking... I was working with a guy that checked stats 4-6 times a day! he would wake up in the middle of the night to check stats! Fuckin unreal... Lesson #57: SCRIPT - Money Randomizers. $$$.  This is a good lesson. I am part of a few randomizers. My featured site is: DollarRandomizer. I invested $25.00 to part of this network. When A user goes to this page they will pay $25.00 to join. They say pictures are worth one thousand words, but is that really the case in the adult industry? There are some aspects to text, copy, erotic or stories (whatever you want to call it) that pictures just cannot do. Ok, so you've bought a whole slew of pictures. What if your surfer doesn't think the subject in the sets is attractive? They leave. By using erotic stories, the woman in the story is made up by them. The ultimate woman/man, whatever that might be. From the shape of their body to the way they moan their name. They're gorgeous, in very different ways, to every one that enters your site. What if they have a slow connection? They leave. Using a lot of pictures can slow down the surfer, making them wait for the page to load. They are looking to 'have a good time' and they're not getting what they wanted while waiting for the images to load. Text takes a great deal less time to load and almost instantly they have a spicy scene at their fingertips. Another clever idea is to use a few pictures with a story or have a hot banner to a sponsor with a really obviously ready subject hovering over them as they read and work their imaginations. Erotica tends to hold the surfer to the site longer than pictures do. How long does it take you to look at a set of ten pictures? Not long at all. And most of the time there is no lead up to the 'action'. With stories, you can bait them by using their imagination. They play the scene out in their head. And of course since it's just perfect for them, they return. Erotica fans are just as loyal as other niche fans. As long as you keep up your site, adding new stories on a regular basis, you're pretty straight. And we all know it's all about member retention! Another aspect of erotica is keywords. Using text on a page can grant you higher placement in the search engines if used correctly. And of course the higher your ranking in the surfer used search engines, the more members you potentially have. The more you freshen up your content, the higher your member retention will be. What are the different ways to use the erotica you are by now, thinking of buying? Just as the subjects in the stories themselves are only limited to the readers imagination, so to are the number of ways to use text on your sites to benefit you. It doesn't have to be a full story. You can use part of one, get their attention and imagination running, and then lead them into your site for the rest of it. Bios are another added bonus that your members will love. It adds depth to the subjects they are admiring. Sales text or text banners are both very simple but extremely effective way to get your potential member to join up. As I mentioned before, you can use them around pictures. Most erotic story content providers do custom stories and if they are good, they can write a story around a set of pictures you send them. Ah I said custom. What's that you ask. Most people know and some are lost when it comes to the terms, exclusive, custom and general 'shelf inventory'. I'll break it down quickly. Exclusive, or custom content means that the content is only for your use. Do with it what you may. Some providers offer it up for six months and some for lifetime and some do it per clients request i.e. 3 months. Now for a timed exclusive story you would pay a bit less than life time rights, simply because after a while the content provider can resell that same content. Speaking of reselling that brings us to what I refer to as 'shelf inventory' or 'anyone who wants it can buy it' content. And that's basically what it is. Whoever wants to buy the stories can do so. These are always much cheaper than its distant cousin Exclusive. But that's about the only perk. Other webmasters can buy them as well, meaning that your member might have seen the same stories elsewhere and completely lose interest in your baby that you've worked so hard on. Another draw back is that you cannot alter them in anyway, unless of course you ask and even then that is only a possibility. The simplicity and strength of (what was once just thought of as filler) words is spreading. From full-fledged pay sites to free sites and AVS sites to sponsors, Resource sites to Ezines, they have all begun to realize the true power of the written word. The saying the pen is mightier than the sword has been changed to the text is mightier than the image (in it's own little way.) Flood your galleries with different text stories and blend this with your keywords. You will get more search engine traffic, higher hold times and better conversion rates. Lesson #59: FreeHosting addition. Free hosting, its not going to work for tgp and picpost submissions, plus the reason FREE HOSTING is around is so they can advertise banners at the top and bottom of your page that you generate traffic too. its like you trading that top/bottom spots for $46.00 a year (cost of paid hosting) and thats a huge loss on your end. Placing pictures or your TGP pages on hosts like this will only cost you traffic. Lesson #60: Erotic Stories & Oneliners. This follows the power of text in Search Engines and on TGP pages. Text converts better than the banners. Same applys to writing ads in newspapers. Lets look at some examples of good and bad oneliners to use. GIRLS THAT WANT SEX BLACK GIRLS THAT WANT SEX If you dont like BLACK GIRLS you will never call or click the 2nd line. By adding more details you are limiting your users to only ones that like BLACK GIRLS. I own 270 or so phone sex lines, I advertise in the major magazines with a group of close friends. Follow the basic rule that less info = more hits/calls/clicks. Another example is: YOUNG GIRLS WANT TO FUCK YOURG ASIAN GIRLS WANT TO FUCK YOUNG ASIAN GIRLS WITH HIGH HEELS WANT TO FUCK YOUNG ASIAN GIRLS WITH HIGH HEELS AND SHAVED HEADS WANT TO FUCK The more detailed the less clicks you will generate. On the other hand when you do get a click its HIGH QUALITY and WILL CONVERT! If you offer a program that goes to High Heeled Asian Shaved head girls you will make good conversion rates! Lesson #61: Translate your site. Don't ignore the substantial foreign markets that are ready and willing to pay money for your content, if they could only read your text! Various online and human translation services are available to translate the text of your site into virtually any language. Identify those markets which will provide adult Webmasters with the best conversion rates, and translate your sites into those languages. Lesson #62: Trading Links with other webmasters made easy. Here's a link list script which, although not too tricky to set up, has a hell of a lot of features - especially in the admin department. Rather than just being a long list of sites, this script breaks the links down into categories. I suppose it's a cross between a link list and a directory. The admin area features: Password protected admin area. Preview new links - then accept or decline them. Remove links. Edit existing links. Add categories. Delete categories. Edit categories. Ability to block submitters / anyone using certain words. Other features: Automated online form to take submissions. Emails the submitter when their site has been added. Dynamic categories - alters page layout as categories are added. Dynamic drop down list of choices of categories for webmasters to submit to. Fast 'n' easy to get up and running. 100% customizable. This will be a pay file in the next few days, I am adding this to my lessons right now as a temp file. To automate your link trades you can use a script likeLink-List-Top50PornSites.ZIP. This is a simple to use program that can be installed on your server to trade links with other webmasters. Name of file: Link-List-Top50PornSites.ZIP - Link List Version 1.5 1) Download the zip file from www.Top50PornSites.com 2) Unzip the files to your hard disk. 3) Find a domain name or a folder on your webspace where you want the link list to live. 4) Open up settings.php in a text editor. Add in your server path first of all. The settings.php file has instructions in there on what to add where. 5) That's the hard part! Now add a username, password, the name of your new link list and your email address. And that's about it for the set up part. 6) Then open up page-top.html and page-bottom.html - customize these webpages to reflect the color scheme you want. These are just very basic parts of a webpage and can be edited pretty easily. 7) Connect to your webspace with FTP and go to the folder or domain where you're going to create this link list. Create a folder in there called categories/ and another called new_submissions/. So you've got something like /link-list/ and in there will be two folders - the ones I've just mentioned. 8) CHMOD those two folders to 777. 9) Upload all the files from the zip archive to your /link-list/ folder. 10) That's it! You are now set up. You will now need to go to admin.php in your browser and create some categories. Test out the system and play around with your link list. Tech Note: You need to link to the file listings.php - this is the main page of your link list. Version Updates: Version 1.1 - Fixed several minor bugs which would stop the script working on some servers. Also repaired a problem whereby category names could not have an & sign in them. If your script is working fine, this is not an essential update. To upgrade from an older version, download the zip file and then upload all of the files (EXCEPT settings.php, page-top.html and page-bottom.html over the old ones - as these are files that you have customized). Version 1.2 - There was a weird problem with one of the files being missing from the zip archive. The new Archive is full and working. Version 1.3 - Fixed a little bug whereby the categories were not shown in correct alphabetical order on the main page. To update from an older version, download the zip file and then upload listings.php overwriting the older file on your webspace. Version 1.4 - Corrected a bug with the link admin script. Each day 80,000 plus domain names expire and become available for anyone to register. This is valuable if you are seeking a domain to help you boost your traffic, or are looking to resell the names for a profit. Expiring domain names have been owned by at least one person in the past. This owner may have built a website, advertised, submitted to the search engines, or traded links with another website owner. So why would anyone who made any kind of effort with a domain simply let it expire? Well, here are just a few reasons: * The Author lost interest. * A company went out of business. * Simply forgot to renew the registration. * Could not afford the fees. For whatever reason, that domain is now available for the taking; and you can take advantage of all that work. You could point it at your existing domain or build a new site. So, how do you know if a domain name even has expired traffic? While you can never tell the amount of traffic that is going to an expired domain name, there are some factors you can use to gauge this. Here are a few: Link Popularity Link popularity tells you the number of URLs or pages that link to a specific domain name. Basically, the more links coming to a domain name the higher the link popularity and the higher chance of generating traffic. Additionally, a domain name with high link popularity has a better chance of receiving higher quality traffic. Alexa Rank The Alexa rank is a measurement of a domains unique visitor traffic and page views. The Alexa toolbar tracks how many users visit a domain and grades those visits as rank. Alexa will normally drop an expired domain name after seeing no page view traffic for 3 months. So, if there happens to be a related Alexa rank, this is a definitive resource for traffic. Now if that Alexa rank is 1,000,000 or higher, then the domain is really not receiving any traffic. You should look for a domain with at least 100,000 that should translate into at least 2 visitors a day. Google PageRank Google PageRank is a value from 1 to 10 that expresses the popularity of a domain name based upon how many quality web pages are linking into a particular domain name. PageRank can be used for two main reasons when acquiring an expiring domain name. 1. Building a website to boost your main websites PageRank. 2. Take advantage of the traffic coming from the inbound links. If you have the Google toolbar installed, you can discover an expired domains PageRank by typing the URL into your web browsers address bar and looking for the PageRank to appear. Yahoo and Dmoz Listings The previous domain owner may have been approved by a Dmoz editor or even paid for inclusion into a search engine like Yahoo or LookSmart. When you acquire a domain name that is expiring, you inherit these listings as well. Do the research and search the directory for the name by simply typing in the full URL for the domain. A listing in any of the top ten search engines will not guarantee traffic, but will give you a better chance of receiving quality traffic.
